Allison Swart, CVT

My name is Allison Swart, I am originally from a small town in Wisconsin. I attended college at WCTC and continued my education at Madison Media Institute, graduated in 2004 with an associate degree in music Recording and Engineering and Globe University, graduated in 2012 with an associate degree in veterinary technology. I have always loved animals; from the time I was a small child. Growing up with dogs my whole life, to hearing stories about my grandfather who was a veterinarian in Waukesha County, and pet sitting since I was 16. I have always wanted to do something with animals, just didn’t know how until I started in the vet tech program that I was finally fulfilling my dream. I joined the CCVC as a CVT in 2023 following 11 years in small practice clinics and 2 years in emergency medicine. I look forward to working with the CCVC family.

I currently have a cat named Merlot, but I feel that I have many pets since all the animals I pet sit for are part of my family. In my free time, I enjoy reading, singing in church or on my own, doing art crafts, hanging with my nieces and nephew, and spending as much time as I can up north in the family cabin enjoying the wilderness.
